SITE MANAGER
Lokasi Kerja di : Cilacap
Main Responsibilities:
Planning a work program and organizing HR of O & M support (Coal and ash handling, Auxilary Island, Waste Water Treatment, Laboratory of Chemistry and functions of administration) Power Plant Cilacap, Assuring the availability and management tool, Consumable parts and Heavy Equipment and System Governance for guarantee the achievement of business goals that are effective, efficient and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Male.
Not More than 40 years old.
Minimum Education and Experience: S1/bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience as Project Manager or Site Manager. Experience in O & M Power Plant is a plus.
Able to plan & manage projects, budget preparation and control.
Computer literate ( Word, Excel, Project, Power Point ).
Able in English Conversation and writing.
Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result.
Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing.
Responsibility for compliance and management of all Health, HSE / K3 procedure Safety, Environment, Quality and planning requirement for the operational.
Have strong leadership skills, hardworking, customer oriented, Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and good networking.
Have competency in Human Resource Management, Strategic Planning, and Warehouse Management Tools.
Willing to be placed in Cilacap – Central Java.
