HRD MANAGER
Lokasi Kerja di : Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:
Managing recruitment (formulating job descriptions, advertising, tracking applications, shortlisting CVs,
conducting interviews, supporting decisions, providing feedback + offers/contracts/references/visa documentation, employee records and managing induction/probation)
Managing staff transfers, disciplinaries, grievances and redundancy, including dismissals (utilizing your solid knowledge of Indonesia Employment Law and common practice)
Developing/implementing absence management practices, including health and unauthorised absences
Managing employment contracts and changes to terms & conditions of employment; advising on non-standard terms and conditions and employment law requirements
Working with Finance, GM-HR and GM-Indonesia to ensure annual pay reviews, bonuses etc are made accurately and communicated on time
The confidential, logical and up-to-date storage of HR and employee records – both hard copy in filing cabinets and electronic copy on the HRIS software
Requirements:
Male
Maximum age 45 years old
Minimum 10 years experience in the mining / relevant field
Fluent in English & Mandarin (preferable)
S1 Degree, GPA minimum 3 from reputable university to be priority, majoring in Law / Management or any discipline if related
Computer literate
Familiar with industrial relationship & labor law
Strong leadership to manage people
Discipline, creative, fast learner, hard working and able to perform under pressure
Have good communication & negotiation skills
Willing to work in site ( Cidaun- West Java)
